At Mallorca Airport:
When you make your reservation through our website, you will receive a confirmation email and we will explain the procedure. Once you have picked up your luggage, you must call us and we will come to pick you up at the airport with a courtesy bus and take you to our offices. We are only 5 minutes away from Mallorca Airport.
In Menorca Airport:

When you book a car at Paco Cars you have two options, Basic or Premium coverage. With Premium coverage you are fully covered in case of damage to the vehicle (as long as the rules of the road are complied with). In the case of the basic coverage you are covered, but with an excess of 600€, i.e. in case of damage you will have to pay the first 600€ of the repair bill. Please note that if you choose the basic coverage we will block 600€ on your credit card. If you choose Premium coverage we will block any amount on your credit card.
Another important difference is that the Premium Coverage includes roadside assistance and the Basic Coverage does not include this service.
If you choose the Basic coverage, a credit card in the name of the main driver is required. In case of contracting the Premium coverage it is not necessary to have a credit card, but in this case we will block €100 in the debit card, as a guarantee.
The steps to follow in the event of a breakdown or accident are included in the email of the rental contract.
In order for us to deliver the vehicle to you, we will ask for the following requirements:
-You must be the minimum age to drive the vehicle. The minimum age is shown in the booking engine. As a general rule, the minimum age is 19 years for cars, but it may vary depending on the type of vehicle.
-The rental must be paid and we need a credit card in the name of the main driver. In case of not having it, it will be mandatory to contract the Premium coverage and leave a 100€ guarantee with the debit card.
-You will need to present your valid driver’s license to drive in Spain. The presentation of the digital driver’s license is valid through the MiDGT application. Photos and photocopies are not valid
-We will also need your identity card or valid passport.

At Paco Cars you have the option to cancel free of charge as long as you do so at least 24 hours in advance.
